My $10,000 Morning Routine - How I Build A Habit Based Digital Business Working Only 4 Hours A Day
My morning routine after 2+ years experience and over $10,000 in revenue online
Wake up, take a shower, work for 8+ hours, drive home, make food, sleep, repeat
If reading that didn’t scare you, I don’t know what will
Your goal, should be to strive for perfection in life
But there is no such thing as perfection
So instead, you should achieve things to get as close to perfection as possible
Your achievements are a combination of..
Your effort
Your education
Your skills
And your routine
The first sentence I wrote down, is what most people are doing
They have no way to overcome their current situation..
So they just keep struggling till they take their last breath
To work 4 hours a day, you need to realign your goals
Come to terms with the fact that the system is not on your side
So what do you do? Just give up? NO..
You replace your routine, with something better
The 4 hour work routine
You should only be working 4 hours a day
Anyone who is not doing that, is torturing themselves
Unfortunately, jobs are not designed that way → You need to build a digital business
Use education, to develop skills, and put in daily effort, that turns into a routine

Bottomline? Without a routine, you will struggle, there’s no doubt about it
The problem, is that most people already have a routine..
It’s just not the right routine
Your routine was assigned to you by the system

To have the right routine, you need to be doing the right things
Working 8 hours a day is not doing the right thing
Your mind can only handle so much anxiety
The point of a routine is to make everything you do easier
For 99% of people, a routine is just a shitty lifestyle they have to keep
YOUR routine, should do the following:
Make mentally taxing tasks effortless, by turning them into habits
Build My Body, Mind, Finances, and Relationships
Give you more free time to do the things you love doing
Allow you to only work 4 hours a day, while making more money than 9-5ers
Allow you to NEVER feel mentally and/or physically worn out when you go to bed
That is the purpose of my routine
My routine has only improved over time, and has helped me drive over $10,000 in revenue with my digital business → Now it your turn

Today I’m showing you my routine, which is designed to do all 5 of the things I just mentioned
Let’s Go Over The Requirements For My Routine
Step 1 For My Routine → Setting Up Systems
No matter what you do in your routine, you will need systems to make it faster, simpler, and easier
1.1 My Notion Habit Tracker
Using this tracker, I can keep up with every single goal I have for the next 10 years
I put every important date in there, and it has a checklist function with an integrated calendar
This allows me to put my daily routine goals in the tracker, then I check them off as I achieve them
It works for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals
So instead of writing in a notebook, or not knowing what I’m supposed to do..
I just check my notion in the morning, and I’m good to go
Any time I’m uncertain, I check the tasks for the day, and make sure I check them all
This makes my entire routine much easier
1.2 Canva
Part of my routine is product development and social media management, so I use Canva to streamline every designed based task I have
Twitter headers, product description images, client graphics etc.
Canva makes them fast and easy to create within seconds
1.3 Gumroad
Any digital product or service I sell, I use Gumroad for. If you’re not familiar with it, its an all in one email marketing and digital product creation & selling software
Any digital product or payment infrastructure I need to setup for clients or customers, I can use Gumroad for
Gumroad makes the product development, sales page setup, and digital services process fast and easy
1.4 X (formerly Twitter)
If you want to market yourself and run a social media brand, then starting with X is a great idea. It’s the perfect place to sell services and digital products
Anything related to a social media brand and prospecting for clients, X gives me free access to endless amounts of functionality, and thousands of potential clients & customers at my fingertips
1.5 PayPal
One of the biggest payment gateways in the world, known for handling hundreds of millions of dollars for entrepreneurs all over the world
If you can, I’d advise you to use Stripe or WISE
But PayPal still gets the job done
It allows me to pay for almost anything on the internet, including setting up an online bank for my gumroad account
Apart from allowing me to earn, it also makes the payment process fast and simple
Step 2 For My Routine → Identifying Needle Moving Tasks
Your routine is only effective, if you are making progress
Wrote 20 social media posts? That’s great, but what is the ROI?
Needle moving tasks are tasks that will turn into money made in the nearby future
Every day, I have a 1 or 2 needle moving tasks I HAVE to check off my habit tracker
Clients, customers, and sales → These are what result in success
Currently, I have 3 needle moving tasks I’m focusing on
Client Work → Any work for sales funnel client that results in revenue share pay-outs
Product Development → Any needed work on the courses for my community students
Student Coaching Calls → These guide my students and ensures good service delivery
These tasks are included in my daily routine and habit tracker checklist
Step 3 For My Routine → Dopamine Driving Activities
I personally struggle with motivation on a daily basis, so doing activities that really get the chemicals in my blood stream flowing, are KEY
But YOU should do them as well
These are things like exercise, weight-lifting, cardio, cold plunges, cold showers etc.
Include them in your routine, because they drastically increase work performance
As previously discussed in my “Mind Exploitation” article on crafting your own routine, increasing the dopamine in your bloodstream is VITAL for deep work
Step 4 For My Routine → Time Management
The biggest issue with most people’s routines, is that they spend way too much time on tasks that make them go over their 4 hour limit, and don’t get everything done
So it’s important that you do the high ROI Needle Moving tasks early, since on average, a human being’s productivity goes down as the day goes on
Also, building momentum is key. When you start your day, your motivation to do the needle moving tasks, will be higher (and it will go down at time ticks by)
For instance, I do outreach at the start at my day, so I don’t have to worry about it when my motivation to do work is way lower than it was at the start of the day
Step 5 For My Routine → Follow The Personal Development Trifecta
The point of my goals and routine, is supposed to develop the 3 pillars of maximum human ability
This means having habits inside my routine that:
Build my body (exercise)
Build my finances (outreach & coaching)
Build my mind (Read 32 pages of a book a day)
Build my relationships (Dating apps, conversations, Direct Messaging etc.)
My Actual Routine
7:00-7:15 - Make my bed
I start my day with a small win, thereby building momentum to get bigger and bigger tasks done as they day goes on → This is based in psychology, and not just an opinion
7:15-8:30 - Exercise
This where I do the “Dopamine Driving Activities”, to increase dopamine
This means increased focus, getting work done easier, and productivity going up
8:30-10:30
Needle Moving Tasks
I do tasks like..
Outreach
→ Getting more clients is key to making more money
Coaching Calls
→ Delivering results for existing clients
Write a Story Email
→ I make an offer every single day (more sales and clients)
Product Development
→ I’m constantly expanding my coaching curriculum (more money and clients)
Checking Client Funnel Forms
→ Record current client results (more money and ROIs for my client + me)
Use up all my swipes
→ Increase my chances to find a long term partner to build a future with
Promote my articles under my posts that are getting engagement
→ More subscribers, that results in more readers, that results in more sales & clients
10:30-11:00
Rest/Walk
Go on a walk to clear my head, and do any needed planning
11:00-12:00
Client work
Client work is important and and a needle moving task, but building funnels is easy and simple (not many decisions to make, so it’s effortless)
And that’s my 4 hour deep work day (and the day hasn’t even started)
The rest of the day is spent reading, playing videogames, writing fiction, and watching anime
Are these activities important?
Reading builds my mind and gives me inspiration for articles
Articles are turned into social media posts
Social media posts market my newsletter and get me subscribers
My story emails + educational articles convert readers into customers and clients
Videogames is just for relaxation, but can also be used as story email inspiration
Writing fiction can be monetized in the long term, but is also a hobby
Watching anime is a great source of inspiration for articles, and makes me happy
Notice how because of my routine, I can spend most of the day doing the things I actually love, while never worrying about work, money, or results
I smashed all the tasks that will result in me making money down the line, and the day hasn’t even started
This means I:
Deliver results
Hardly feel anxiety about things
Make money by hardly stressing about anything
And have successfully turned writing into my career
Keep in mind → I have 3 things I need still need to incorporate into my routine
I recently started university → 3 hours of class a day on average
Art projects → Takes up 30 minutes to 2 hours of my day per day
Project homework → 30 minutes to 2 hours of time on some days
But unlike in the past, I can easily change up my routine while prioritizing necessary tasks, and eliminating unnecessary ones
Even with all these changes, I will only work about 4-6 hours a day
It’s not ideal, but I have other responsibilities
And again, this is why you need to turn your daily tasks into habits
It means not really making any decisions in your daily routine
The less decisions you make, the less mental energy you use
Which means, since I’ve already habitized my current routine, it only takes up about 1 hour of mental energy of my day
It has become effortless
This means even with all my university work, I’m hardly working
So at the end of the day, I feel amazing, and my break lasts the rest of the day
This is the essence of a digital business
